At Writing with Rands, we value customer satisfaction and aim to ensure your experience is smooth and fair. This policy outlines our guidelines for refunds and returns for both digital and physical products.
1. Digital Products
All sales of digital products (such as downloads, templates, or digital guides) are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.
However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing your product, or if you did not receive your download, please contact us at [Insert Email] within 30 days of purchase, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
2. Physical Products
If you receive a physical product that is not what you ordered, or if it arrives damaged or defective, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange.
To qualify:
- You must notify us within 30 days of receiving your order
- The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- You must provide your order number and a photo of the item(s)
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. We do not refund or exchange products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging.
3. Exchange or Refund Options
Once your return is assessed and approved:
- You may choose to receive a replacement item, or
- Request a full refund to your original payment method
We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. While we aim to process refunds within 5 business days, actual posting times depend on your bank or payment provider.
5. How to Request a Return or Refund
Please email us at info@writingwithrands.co.za with the subject line “Refund or Return Request” and include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Photo of the product (for physical goods)
- Reason for the request
No refund or return requests will be accepted through social media or other communication channels.
